"We are the leading multi-specialty primary care group in Howard County, located at the intersection of Routes 29 & 175. Our mission is to provide high quality care at every visit. We are committed to the principles of Patient Centered Medical Home to promote successful medical outcomes. We accept new patients, and offer a limited number of same day appointments. We have extended hours for Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. Please note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended extended hours. We will resume these hours when possible."
