Het Academisch Medisch Centrum of AMC is een academisch ziekenhuis en medische faculteit in Amsterdam, sinds 7 juni 2018 nauw samenwerkend met het VUmc onder de vlag Amsterdam UMC. Het AMC is verbonden aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam.

During the past decade, Academisch Medisch Centrum conducted 400 clinical trials. In the 10-year time frame, 400 clinical trials started and 99 clinical trials were completed, i.e. on average, 24.8% percent of trials that started reached the finish line to date.
